“FSSA is issuing Unity Home Health Care, LLC funding to support our direct services workforce. We plan to use the funding in the following 2 ways to invest in our DSWs:
1. One-time bonuses: To provide immediate support to our workforce, we plan to issue bonuses to DSWs. We will Dedicate 65% of the grant amount towards this activity and their related payroll taxes. We will issue the bonus on June 9, 2023, and June 16, 2023. Our Employees can expect to receive this funding through direct deposit.
2. Hourly Wage Increase: As a part of our long-term strategy, we will be increasing hourly wages. We will dedicate 30% of the grant amount towards this activity and their related payroll taxes. This raise will begin on June 4, 2023. The hourly wage increase will be issued based on their discipline and will be evenly distributed.”
